Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs and Transit Times

Products are processed and ready for shipping within 3 – 4 working days after receiving the order. If you are in one of the major metros’ cities then it’s 3 – 4 working days by which your product gets delivered. However, if you are in a non-metro city then it may take 7 – 10 working days depending on your delivery location. Om Handicraft Galaxy is not accountable for any service transit time. All shipping costs are determined solely by: 1. Weight and quantity of the items purchased 2. Mode of shipping chosen 3. Destination address.

Any products that are made to order will take minimum of 3-5 days to deliver.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
All orders received today will be packed the following day and dispatched the next day. You can expect a delay if it’s a Sunday, a long weekend, a sale, or a national holiday. Depending on your location / proximity to Ahmedabad, delivery can take 1-10 days. Free Shipping is available for orders above ₹1599 except Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Jammu and Kashmir, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Andaman-Nicobar where the minimum order value for free shipping is ₹1999.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Along with shipping across India, we can also ship worldwide.

You will be able to check the international shipping cost on the cart and checkout page after adding the products. International shipping begins at 1 kilogram and increases by kilograms. Make sure you have enough products in your cart to take advantage of your shipping rate. It is imperative to be aware that different countries have different customs rules and regulations. If your package is held at customs in your country, you will be responsible for communicating with them and for any additional costs.

Many times, it is possible that the delivery date does not correspond the delivery time for X-Y business days as the seller or our courier partner have a holiday between the date you ordered and the date of delivery. The product in this case will be delivered 1 -2 days more than the estimated date. Other factors because of which the shipment may delay are weather conditions, strikes (factors that are beyond our control). However, we strive to deliver fast and on time in full.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged as per the shipping policy.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Om Handicraft Galaxy endeavours to serve its client to offer the best experience. We do not facilitate returns for products once delivered.

REFUND POLICY

There is no return and refund policy on Om Handicraft Galaxy. we replace only damaged products with same design.

NOTE: We do not accept any exchange and returns SALE products (Products under any Offer Or SALE) and on INTERNATIONAL orders.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS

All our products are checked before packing. We triple check all our orders before we ship them.  We also pack carefully so that the jewellery does not get damaged while in transit. But in case of very rare instance of items get damaged in transit, please contact us via email us on care@omhandicraftgalaxy.com or WhatsApp us on +91 7862993101 within 24 hours. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item. You will need to send the receipt of the order along with a complete unpacking video (one video from opening the shipment till identifying and highlighting the issue) to support the claim. We shall investigate the matter within 24 hours. You will need to send the product to us, as we do not have pickup policy. once the faulty or Damaged item has been returned to us. We will dispatch the replacement within 24 to 48 hours (Timing is vary during Holidays or any other transportation circumstances.)

Note: – The item(s) must be returned in the original unused, unworn condition with the tags still attached.

Please note, a complete unpacking video is a must for us to investigate and resolve the matter. It also helps in raising insurance claims with the courier companies. No complaints can be entertained without a complete unpacking video.

There are certain situations where replacement is not granted:
* Obvious signs of use.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing accessories for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 2 Days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Kindly note that, any Orders once shipped can’t be cancelled and won’t be eligible for refund.
